The owner was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. All yogurts are very well marked as certified gluten free and other allergies. The toppings worries me because of how they are arranged but the owner pulled out original containers for me to see ingredients and use a clean spoon to put toppings on instead of using the ones on the counter that were at risk for CC.
