Really great food and they can make most of the dishes GF on request. Both person I spoke to on the phone ahead of time and server we had are very aware of celiac disease, cross-contamination, and the difference between celiac and gluten-sensitive. Can explain how the food is prepared. There is no separate menu so I just chose and checked before ordering. Fryer is NOT GF. I had the tofu and veggies with peanut sauce and rice: it was delicious and I didn’t get sick. Will definitely go back! This is their only location now, the Somerset place has closed.
