Review of Aurora Buffet at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort

Chef Chuck at the Aurora Buffet was extremely accommodating and helpful! Made me a special pork chop, tamale and roasted broccoli. Some items on the buffet were gluten free and the salad was easy to find gluten free options. Buffet is always difficult for gluten free but this was good experience.
