I'm gluten intolerant, not celiac. They seem to understand the gluten is a problem, there is also a sign for allergies: "if you have one, let us know!". I did not insist on cross contamination, but I suspect it would have been taken seriously. Almost all the soba noodles are fine. The menu is also available in English, with name of the soba and the rough ingredients. As far as I could tell it's safe, but use your own judgement especially if you're a celiac.
