I’ve been going to Sobaya for around 2 years now & ive never gotten sick. Each time I go in they double check what stuff is gluten free in case it’s changed. The teriyaki chicken and negimaki can be made gluten free and is amazing. The miso soup is gluten free, and the japchae is safe as well. On top of the variety of safe dishes, they’re all delicious! The owner is super sweet and very careful with making sure the food is safe!

They are excellent at accommodating for GF. They have had GF teriyaki sauce available every time I’ve been there and we go at least twice a month. Their miso soup is GF as well. The owner has made a simple GF dressing for me before as well when it wasn’t super busy. The food is always very fresh and delicious!!

Not a large gf menu selection, but very accommodating. Sweet potato noodles were delicious as was the fried rice.

Ordered gluten free chicken fried rice. Watched as they cooked it with tamari. Solid fresh ingredients and I felt fine afterwards. Also had the chicken soup, server seem knowledgeable about gluten and said the miso soup was not gluten free. First place in Myrtle Beach I could actually order fried rice!
