Review of Sobre Masa

I went here and got a quesedilla and a nacho-based dish! The waiters assured me everything is gf except some desserts and I even spoke to the guest/visiting chef who also assured me they use corn flour for the fried wings and they even have a separate oven for heating up gf food. I had no reactions and I’m extremely sensitive to cross contamination. I will come here again next time I’m in the area!
