Went here because I had heard they could do gluten-free eggs Benedict: was not disappointed! Not only was the sauce gluten-free, but the owner is gluten-free as well and very knowledgeable. They have a dedicated gluten-free prep area with separate utensils and were able to toast the bread separately as well. As someone with coeliac who needs to be very careful I actually get a bit emotional when I find a place that makes me feel safe and offers delicious food. I actually want to eat. My experience today was both and I will definitely be back.
