This was our best dinner in Vegas! The ambience is so cool. id recommend it for a date night since most of their dishes are meant to be shared. Our waitress Rachel was so friendly and helpful with explaining which items could be gluten free. She went back to the kitchen a few times to make sure what I ordered was gluten free. We got an order of edamame which was perfectly cooked. I only ate the one with rock salt on it because our waitress said the other style that came with had gluten in it. It'd be worth asking if it's possible to make both styles gluten free because they seem able to do anything there. I also ordered the tuna roll with the jalapeño. I can't remember what it's called but it was a specialty roll. It usually comes deep fried, but they didn't fry mine so that it could be GF. It was really good. And they had gfree soy sauce to go with it. We also got the miso eggplant to share. It usually comes with gluten in it, but they were able to make a gfree sauce just for me, and it was so good! I can't even explain what it tastes like, but it was the best eggplant ever! I'd definitely go back here for a nice dinner. Our waitress was so accommodating and I'm sure you could order other things on the menu and they'd make it gluten free for you. They seem very professional.
