Went here after reading the previous review. French fries cooked in shared fryer. Rice made with consume.
Fries were just removed by hand by staff from my plate.

Yummy and cheap little lunch spot with a few GF options. Food is typical Costa Rican food, so the only real gluten ingredient they cook with is consume (boullion) which they use to cook the chicken and other meats. Waiter said they could make the Casado, Arroz con Camarones, or Arroz con Pollo without the consume for me. Food was tasty, and even the French fries were safe to eat.
