Sofia Melnikovas Fantastiuri Duqani

We had our first real Georgian meal at Sofia Melnikova’s, and the only problem we encountered was that, for the rest of our trip, we never found another one as good. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten and made very good recommendations. The baked pumpkin appetizer brought me to tears. This is home family cooking at its best. Not to be missed.

I had the ojakhuri (roasted potatoes and pork). I had no problems with any gluten contamination. The atmosphere is great, although it's generally quite busy, so service can be slow. Menus in English. The ojakhuri was decent - pork was ok, potatoes excellent.
