Sofia's Guac Bar Forest

Great experience! Very symptomatic celiac and I had no problems here :) I went in to place a to go order to be able to explain better what celiac is and as soon as i said it was like a gluten allergy they immediately told me what I could have, tacos can be made GF, chips are in a dedicated fryer, most of the sides are (I had street corn and chips w Guac) and they made sure to note on the order it was all Gluten free, the girl taking my order also told me to stay there incase there was a sauce or topping that wasn’t so someone from the kitchen could come let me know and ask for a substitute! I could see the kitchen and saw them change gloves, and that the corn tortilla and flour were nowhere near each other. They were so great!!! 100% will be coming here again!
