The food here is TOUGH. The staff is nice and helpful but the understanding of cc and gluten free is minimal. Options super limited especially if you have secondary restrictions like dairy or vegetarian needs. If you are staying here would highly advise getting a car so you can go explore other eateries that will likely cost less, be better, and greater options

Horrible experience. They don't know about allergies and frankly think they don't care either.
Got sick the first night, but wasn't sure how, as the server wrote gf on the note for the kitchen and the meals were marked gf on the menu. Checked the next day, they served me a deep-fried crusty thing that I wasn't supposed to have. No apologies. But assuming they be more aware now and having already ordered we stayed. That was a mistake however. That night they served me a plate of normal pasta!!!! Because they were out of gf pasta they decided not to inform me. We caught it in time, but no apologies again.
After the meal went to the manager, they didn't really seem to care and grasp the seriousness of it. Will never go back there. They lied straight in my face, haven't felt this insecure and unheard in a long time. Was a disheartening experience sadly.
Service took long as well. The couple in from of us waited 57minutes just for their drinks. 3 times people checked on them and promised it would be there in 5minutes.
We ended up eating only from the grocery store the rest of the week.

In the restaurants of this hotel, you can sometimes get gluten free bread if you ask for it. We tried to get a gluten free panini and were told that it was not possible.
