Love Sojo!
Their menu rotates pretty frequently, but they keep the allergen options available. I’ve always had at least 4-6 options at every meal. They mark GF available dishes with an asterisk. Most of these are GF with modifications, so be sure to specify when you order.
I also always ask the pickup station if the wrap is correct anytime I get a wrap bc they def gave me the wrong one once and no one caught it. A manager can always be called over to double check that your order is correct and indeed gluten free, and I would strongly recommend it since mistakes can and do happen.
Their fries are GF and delish. And I’ve had at least four different salads here and all of them have been excellent and really substantial. They can also substitute GF wraps for most sandwiches and can double check individual ingredients very easily to accommodate changes even on dishes that aren’t marked explicitly as GF available.
The manager was very kind and had the kitchen make me a separate order of fries in their dedicated fryer, and they also had multiple certified gluten-free dessert options (packaged), as well as a mixed fruit bowl. There were other items marked gluten-free on the menu, though I did not inquire further about cross-contamination and information about their safety protocols was not readily available beforehand. Given that no outside food is allowed in the spa facility (bags are searched so it’s not even possible to bring snacks), more forthcoming details about what the kitchen can prepare without risk of cross-contamination and how they handle allergens (separate area, dedicated equipment, etc.) should be proactively shared in the website FAQ.
Every time I come they have less and less celiac safe options. Only meal in the food court marked GF was a kale salad. I don’t trust the chicken not to have cross contamination. I got a smoothie with V/GF protein powder, a separately packaged brownie, and the mango ice cream. Not many options figuring we paid 115$ to get in
They have sushi and salads marked gluten free. Salads are prepared fresh and delicious. I had a cobb salad. They also have cups of fresh fruit and fresh fruit smoothies and yogurt. You have to pay admission to the spa ($75 for the day) and will have access to the food court. No outside food is allowed. The spa is incredible! Food was fine.
