The waiter was really uneducated about Celiac or why someone would need to eat gluten-free foods. He didn’t take it seriously, nor was he interested. I felt that I couldn’t trust anything that he said. And when questioned he kept going back to the kitchen to ask. Well, at least he did that. Still, I didn’t trust him or the restaurant.
