Wow. My mouth has been changed forever. This was the most refreshing meal I think I’ve ever had. They were so educated about being celiac and assured me about the kitchen and how they keep everything separate from non gluten free ingredients. Definitely a vibe, the flavours were next level. Try this place if you’re looking for a safe happy place to dine!

Sõl Kitchen is a great place, not to far from water, parking, nearby bakery for keto, dairy free, and gluten free products, and has amazing food! There's a good selection of gluten free options along with keto and vegan options too. The food is great, and if you like wine, they have several varieties of that too. The staff are always friendly, recommending the food you should try, and telling you the difference between the regular gf bun or the keto gf bun (go for the keto gf bun). Highly recommend it.
