I visited for a late lunch. They have a "gluten friendly" menu which wasn't too large. The server was sure to note the allergy. I ordered street corn and a peel and eat shrimp. The street corn was great but the shrimp was chewy and overcooked.

They have a “gluten friendly“ menu. However, if you are true celiac or you have a very high sensitivity, speak to the manager or your server. They will make sure that there’s no cross-contamination. That’s the good news. The not so good news is that it eliminates a lot of things from the “gluten friendly“ menu. That said, I am extremely grateful that they take the time to make sure to honestly tell me where there might be some cross-contamination. I hosted a party of seven people, they all loved their food. They, however, could eat anything. I will definitely go there again. The soft corn tortillas are delicious. The guacamole is gluten-free and it is outstanding. I had the Carnitas and while all I could eat was the meat, that too was very good. Drinks are delicious. Chips not GF. Soft corn tortillas homemade and safe. One of the salsas is safe. Ask first. Tomatillo I think
They have a good menu with many dishes marked GF, most dishes probably are. Delicious food and knowledgeable staff.

Unfortunately is not Celiac friendly. Eat at your own risk. I'm giving it 2 stars only because service was great and server was really knowledgeable. I'm assuming the kitchen didn't care, although it tasted good, my stomach is not happy this morning, I have the runs. Not cool, 50 dollars down the toilet!!!

I thoroughly enjoy eating at SOL. It has a GF menu with lots of options. I’m a Pescatarian & Celiac and have been there several times now and have always had a pleasant experience.
