The menu is not labeled but the server was quite knowledgeable and helpful.
Chips are fried in a shared frier. All beef is marinated in a sauce that includes soy sauce. Beans have some sort of flour product in them.
Said I could have a salad or the chicken. Brought cucumber slices for me to eat the guacamole with.
Overall, this restaurant isn’t set up to serve celiac- safe food, but they were knowledgeable and helped me find something to eat.

Not safe for Celiacs. Waitress confirmed this as well. Even after very specific request with order, food came out with gluten touching it. Not feeling well and regretting decision to try!

Great experience! The main menu has separate lunch and dinner options, but they will make anything on the gluten-free menu at any time of day!

My waiter told me the only celiac safe thing was the carnitas tacos. Possibility of cross contact with most other items but the menu is largely GF by nature. The bean dip they serve with the chips has beer in it so be careful! I did have carnitas tacos (I happen to love them) and the corn. No reaction.

Most of the menu is GF, staff very helpful showing me items to avoid. Had the loaded nachos with steak. Delicious and huge portions!

Good food and many options. Chips are gluten free. You need to stay away from carne asada since they marinate it with beer. We had no issues and enjoyed our dinner

A fair number of options and the food was quite good. There are no markings on the menu but the servers were helpful and the manager stopped by to double check. None of the beef dishes are gluten free (cooked with beer) and same with the beans. All of the grilled chicken is gluten free and so is the rice and spicy slaw. The server informed me that the tortilla chips are corn but are cooked in a shared fryer.
