Safe to eat for celiac. Not a specific GF menu, but like most Mexican restaurants, corn is an option for most dishes. I would eat here again.

There isn’t a menu, only buffet now. The chips are safe, they have a dedicated fryer, had to ask for corn tortillas which they do have and bring from the back. Everything except desserts and flour tortillas were gluten free. I decided to be extra safe though and make a bowl/plate instead. Pic has their rice, refried beans, corn mix, carnitas pork, sour cream, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, pico de gallo. Very filling.

Gluten free items were clearly marked on the menu with "GF". Food was delicious. I had the beef taco gringo and the carnitas taco with rice.

Great experience; there was only the buffet available that evening but I was given gluten free chips and corn tortillas with no issues; the food was delicious.
Lots of naturally gluten free options, which means less risk of cross contamination. Very knowledgeable bartender and seemingly solid allergy practices. The understand that the housemade chips are fried in a contaminated fryer but happily brought me commercial gluten free corn chips. The fish tacos were especially good!

Fantastic food! The menu indicates ‘gluten friendly’ items so it may not be celiac safe. Tacos al pastor & skirt steak are to die for

Delicious food and an okay staff. Just explained I couldn't have gluten or milk and they were very accommodating. No problems after eating there. Just be careful of the chips, they are fried in a frier where they say may be cross contamination with gluten.
I was reaction free when dining at Solario. They have gluten free chips and salsa. The chips they brought me compared to everyone else seemed like they were store bought tortilla chips. But my entree was delicious. The waitress told me all of their taco options are gf as long as you get corn tortilla. I had the barbacoa tacos and they were delicious. Very nice place. Apparently all the restaurants at the Opryland hotel have certified chefs for allergens.
