Solglimt Bed & Breakfast

We stayed in this wonderful B&B with views of Lake Superior and I was worried about my breakfast being gluten-free and dairy-free. We told them ahead of time and they did an outstanding job. My husband would get a bread and I would get a muffin that was gluten-free and dairy-free. He would get a banana split made with yogurt instead of ice cream and I would get one made with soy yogurt. The breakfasts were outstanding and beautifully done.
