I'm not coeliac but I am intolerant so I chose the GF pasta option with the bolognaise sauce, it was delicious and the pasta was honestly just like normal pasta except of course it broke a part a little bit, which actually made it a bit easier to eat! Didn't ask specific details about cross contamination etc but the staff were friendly so I'm sure they'd help.
