Solorzanos Pizzeria Siesta Key

i had a gluten free personal pizza with sausage and did not get sick. pizza was kinda greasy but tasted good.

We got very sick from eating at this pizzeria. They said it was Gluten free but I’m not so sure it was.

Celiac friendly?

No

Can’t guarantee no cross contamination but do have gf cauliflower crust that they cook on a separate sheet but same oven as flour pizza. My celiac wife did not get sick. Non gf pizza was good too.

They claim gluten free however they can not guarantee clean supplies. I asked for a clean pan and pizza cutter but they would not do that. Maybe safe for gluten sensitive. Not celiac safe.

Awesome gluten free pizza

They had a yummy 10 inch gluten free pizza crust! And any topping of choice! They were knowledgeable and careful. They used a clean pan to cook pizza and a clean cutter. They have a sign that says they don't recommend to someone with celiac as they can't promise cross contamination (free floating flour from making pizzas). I have celiac and had no issues. Can't wait to eat my left overs :)
