Servers seemed knowledgeable about allergies and were very helpful but there were limited options that were truly GF (no cross-contamination). Nothing labeled GF on the menu. Fine for gluten sensitivities but not that many options for Celiac. I had a fajita with lettuce wraps and no rice, no beans.

Had a really great meal here. It is owned by Michael Jordan, so there is the same level of allergy awareness as his other two restaurants at Mohegan Sun. The waitress offered to have the tortilla chips baked instead of fried and brought my daughter her own salsa. Most items on the menu could be made gf. My daughter had steak tacos. This would be my top gf choice if I return to Mohegan Sun. Waitress was great and you can tell the staff is well trained in allergy modifications.

When we were seated the server asked us if anyone in our party had any food allergies. The waitress brought us sperate baked chips and fried chips for the celiac people in our group and informed us almost everything on the menue could me made gluten free.
One of the managers even came to the fable to ensure everything was okay during our meal. None of the celiac members with us got sick!

Sol Toro is excellent with allergies! Right when we sat down they asked if there were any food allergies, without me asking they offered baked tortilla chips instead of fried because the fryer had cross contamination. They also gave me a separate plate to put my table side guac on. Overall, great experience!

When our server came to our table, she asked about any food allergies or restrictions. When I told her I was gluten free, she told us that the chips are fried. When I told her I could not have the cross contamination she said they can make baked chips. She even brought a separate dish of salsa so my husband could dip his chips. She then went down the menu to tell me everything that is ok to eat or can be modified. Lost of options!
