Not celiac safe! watched as they grabbed buns and got bread crumbs all over brisket before changing gloves to cut up same brisket.

They have a list of glutenfree items and since they prepare all their meats on the spot, they are sure about the ingredients. Very tastefull pulled pork and brisket, coleslaw, potato salad. One of the local favorites and they seen knowledgable. There is however a chance on cross contamination (although they try their best to avoid that). For me it was a great meal and no gluten reaction.
