Online allergy menu features many items made without wheat gluten. More than likely a lot of cross contamination because I definitely had a reaction later that day.

Great food, dedicated GF menu, awesome!
Real good food every time I go. Service is friendly as well.
Manager and server had no clue about gluten free
The brisket was good. I had the baked sweet potato and coleslaw. No problems. Most of the meats were safw.

Order pulled chicken 1/4 pound it was amazing. Best chicken and absolutely no reaction. You can do 1/4, 1/2 and 1 pound of most of there meats. 2nd time chicken was so dry couldn’t eat it. It’s hit or miss. I won’t take a chance on any sides I just stay with the meat.

Enjoyed my sliced pork, cole slaw, baked beans & fries. All were GF/Celiac friendly. The fries are cooked in their own fryer. When I advised that I have celiac disease, the waitress assured me that the kitchen would change gloves to prepare my to-go order. Also assured me that serving clean utensils would be used to slice pork, spoon beans, etc….
Yummy, safe BBQ- yay!!

The waitress brought a "allergy menu" upon our request. It was easy to understand and very helpful.

Sonny’s has GF meat, sauce and sides. They have a separate GF menu that list foods that have gluten in them.
I usually get sliced pork, chicken or ribs for my meat.
Sides: baked beans, corn on cob or baked potato (if available).
Tell the waitress that is a gluten allergy, place your order and request No Bread and if the cooks would change thegloves you would appreciate that.
Sonny’s has great BBQ.
