Sonny’s is a great BBQ place. They have a separate GF menu.
Most all the meat is GF.
I usually get sliced pork, BBQ/Baked Beans and corn or baked potato.
They have great chick and ribs, too.
They will change gloves.

Sonny’s has very good food. I have been at several different Sonny’s and have never had an issue. They do have a very old allergy menu that you can get an idea of what they offer. Basically, you can have meat, all sauces, baked beans, corn and backed potato(if offered). There may be a few more sides. I usually ask for sliced pork and double backed beans. Tell waitress/waiter about “gluten allergy” and say that you don’t want any bread and please change gloves.

The waitress brought me an alergen menu that listed all of the menu items and what was gluten free friendly. She informed the kitchen that I was Celiac. It was easy to order, I had the sampler platter, and it was delicious! I chose a salad without croutons as one of my sides and it was the nicest dinner salad I've had in ages. I did not have any symptoms from eating there and I will definately go back any time I am in the area. Friendly and cheerful staff that went above and beyond.

Pretty good, especially if you are eating with people who are not GF. All sauces are GF and all meats. They do not have GF buns. But fry’s and potato salad are GF.

This is a chicken and rib place. If you look up their menu they have tons of gluten-free options. All their sauces except for one or gluten-free.
— No gluten-free information on the menu

A large portion of the menu is GF. They have an allergen menu if you ask. No dedicated fryer but we felt very safe eating here and had no reactions.
