Just moved to Sooke and have eaten here twice already! Both times the pizza was delicious and no reaction. They change their gloves, use separate utensils and pans, can’t guarantee no cross contamination due to regular pizza being prepped there but they sure go above and beyond to try to provide safe pizza for celiacs! So tasty, so glad I found this place! The staff I talked to both times were very well informed. Only 2-3 ingredients have gluten.. meatballs and Italian sausage (may be one other that I forget).
