So yummy! I spoke with the general manager (whose wife has Celiac disease) and he told me that the only things on the menu that someone with Celiac can’t have are tabouli, couscous, pita bread, and wraps. He said they only use GF flour (Pamela’s brand) and GF bread crumbs (General Mills brand). So even though they only have one fryer, it is GF. So the French fries, schnitzel are GF!! I had the chicken schnitzel with hummus and salad. The manager said to make sure to ask the staff to to get your food from the back (like back of the store) so no risk of cross contamination. Definitely recommend!
