Review of Sora Japanese Restaurant

Called ahead to make sure they had gluten free soy sauce, they were very knowledgeable and honest about limited options. I had the salmon and tuna roll and some sashimi. All were great and they were very careful to make sure it was on a separate plate from my boyfriend’s gluten filled rolls. Just let them know you are GF and they will take care of you. They also had GF mochi. Fabulous service all around!
