Pros: The staff was knowledgable and very helpful. We were seated at the bar and the bartender checked with the kitchen if he was not sure about anything. They were very aware of gluten-free needs, including that a non-dedicated fryer is an issue. Overall, I was impressed by their awareness. The branzino, without the fried artichoke, was great! Also enjoyed a cheese plate without the bread.
Cons: The GF cacio e pepe was recommended as the best GF pasta. I didn’t notice an unappealing texture like the prior review, but it was extremely salty.
