They were so helpful and reassuring explaining the numerous steps they take to minimize the risk of cross contamination. They offer gluten free pizzas and pasta. For the pasta they use separate water for gluten free pasta and are very thorough washing their hands, pots, and pans. For the pizza they use separate toppings that haven’t been touched yet, cook the pizza on a barrier so it doesn’t have direct contact with gluten, and other steps.
