Review of Sorrento's Italian Bistro

I have had multiple GF meals at Sorrento's and have had a few issues. They do have multiple options beyond just salad with a protein. I typically get the chicken piccata, mashed potatoes, and a veggie. The server must tell the kitchen to not dredge the chicken in flour and use a fresh pan. Servers are hit/miss on their knowledge. If it is very busy, I would probably be concerned with the kitchen not being careful and recently my Nima did test positive for gluten on the chicken. But we love the food here, so continue to dine occasionally and know It’s a bit risky.
