They told me there was gluten free bread and were upfront that they toast it in the same toaster, without me having to ask. The omelettes and potatoes were delicious and by far enough food without needing the toast.
There is a menu on the website with gluten free items marked.
I had lunch here recently and was told they don't have a gluten-free menu. They do have gluten-free bread, but they toast it in the same toaster as their regular bread. So for people like me, with celiac disease, there were not a lot of options besides the salads and the breakfast egg options, which are still available at lunchtime. However, the omelet was very good.
