Their main menu is marked with a "GF" in places where those items are gluten free, but they are horribly inaccurate a lot of the time. They mark several takeout items such as "spicy salmon" with a big "GF" on the box when they are in fact not gluten free according to the menu. Their ingredients and preparations are constantly changing. I had a tobiko gunkan roll twice in one week, the first time I saw that it was marked gluten free and indeed felt fine after eating it. The second time I had it later that SAME week, it tasted oddly spicy, and so I asked the chef and he said "no that is not gluten free". I was furious, as the menu said it was gluten free and it seemed to have changed within just a few days with no update on the menu. Infuriating place to deal with, very inconsistent and careless. You might be fine if you stick to nigiri and sashimi but otherwise steer clear.
