Gluten Sensitive

I’m gluten sensitive. I’ve been coming here for years. I told the chef of my gluten sensitivity and they took special care to prepare gluten free nigiri, maki sushi, and sashimi. Of course, all dishes are prepared with tamari instead of soy sauce.
