The food was delicious, all GF dishes are clearly marked on the menu. Both my husband and I are GF, my husband has celiac disease and does react badly to gluten. The wait wasn’t too bad at all despite being a Saturday night and the restaurant was pretty full. The service was excellent, waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity and intolerance. Food was delicious, loved the crab dip, food and drinks. We had a lovely evening with no negative reactions the next day. We highly recommend this restaurant. Definitely will be back when in town again.
Great dinner. Menu is labeled and even the daily handwritten specials were marked GF. Very knowledgeable server. I was told by an employee next door at Salt Fish that I should go to Soul Flavor because it’s known for being a safe bet for good GF. Food was delicious, too!
The gluten free crab dip with tortilla chips was amazing!! Loved it!
A fair number of gluten free options marked on menu. They also have a specials of the day menu on a board that also shows up on website. Crab dip with tortilla chips was great. Deviled eggs were average.
Scratch made food. Knowledgeable staff. Lots of GF marked items on the menu.
We have visited twice in 3 days. Pricey but quality ingredients.
GF Pho …. Not your typical beach food but beyond delish. 3 types vegan, meat trio or seafood. My 11 GF kiddo is I eases with the meat version. Portion is huge and made for dinner and two lunches. Deep flavor super healing for her tummy after too much sugar on the boardwalk
Chicken Cobb huge portion, chicken cooked in a separate pan for safety, fresh guac, deviled eggs and tons of cheese
Cesar salad- real fresh dressing and high quality cheese skip the croutons and didn’t miss them at all
Paella- wouldn’t recommend. Lots of seafood but tasted more like MD crab soup with rice. I enjoyed it but if you were looking for saffron this ain’t it.
Crab dip- yummy! Small portion for $17
Creme brûlée- made in house and very yummy. Also love a place w a GF dessert option
