I stopped in and told the gentleman that I had celiac and he immediately knew exactly what to do. Yay! I told him I wanted a gyro salad and he was on it. You can see exactly what they do to prepare your meal and it was done perfectly. He gloved up and used brand new utensils. No relation whatsoever and my salad could feed two people. It’s a little hole in the wall place but totally worth it. And authentic Mediterranean food!

I went in so excited for the gyro salad and now they used box gyro meat and he showed me the package which now shows it has wheat and soy in it. Luckily haa was very helpful and shared this info and is making me shrimp and chicken instead.
