Avoid if you’re gluten intolerant or celiac. Their menu has zero indications of allergens and if you ask questions about items on the menu you’re told there are no modifications possible bc the kitchen gets mad. It’s not even possible to get one of their mezze dips with vegetables instead of pita. I asked if the lamb lollipops were GF and the server said ‘well yeah it’s just meat’ not having any idea if I should be concerned about marinade. I ate a Greek salad and some shrimp but I would not return.

The staff at Soul Gastrolounge is very inflexible in any modification of their menu. The servers state they are not “allowed” to make changes to ingredients and/or substitute or split side dishes/desserts. While there are foods that are conceptually gluten free, the staff seemed incapable of customization to provide potential dining solutions. Add to the challenging dining experience - mistakes with our order and unrequested individual checks for a group dinner - it was not a good experience.
