***Ask for new water to prepare your GF noodles***

Interesting place. Variety of Vietnamese, Malaysian, Filipino, Japanese, Korean noodle soups. GF items marked on the menu online and in the store. Several GF broths. Couple GF appetizers (fish balls, edamame). Fast service. ***Heads up - Thing is, 3/4 of the way though the meal (take out), given symptoms, we thought to ask and they said yes, they prepare the GF rice noodles in the *same* hot water they use to prepare the Ramen and udon noodles. We asked “what’s to stop any gluten washing off the ramen from coating the rice noodles?” and were told “nothing.” To avoid this, they said you have to ask them to use a separate pot of hot water for your noodles. Later, also called an Orlando location and asked the same question, they said, “sometimes” they use the same hot water for Ramen noodles that they use to prepare the rice noodles and you have to tell them you have an allergy to gluten and they will use a separate clean pot of new water that hasn’t seen ramen. Couldn’t find this tidbit about communal noodle water on the website or store menu. Does say on store menu can’t accommodate every allergy request. Wish could rate it higher but got sick here.

Attention! C’est un restaurant qui ne suit pas les protocoles de séparation pour éviter les contaminations croisées!! Exemple: les nouilles de riz sont cuites dans la même eau que les nouilles ramen avec du gluten. Ma famille a été malade après avoir commander des plats sans gluten. Posez beaucoup de questions sur les méthodes de préparation et cuisson, après suivez votre intuition!!
