At 1st I thought this was going to be my favorite new restaurant. They have the best build your own salad bar and build your own smoothie bar. So yummy. Be extra extra careful when you order the soup. There stout soup and their Italian wedding soup are both marked gluten free GF but I was told that they have gluten. Here is the kicker...The website says yes the Italian soup is gluten free, then I double checked with the cashier if it was gluten free and safe for celiacs she said yes, then then I double checked with the owner if it was gluten free she said yes "It's gluten free it's couscous pasta" 😳 I said are you sure that couscous doesn't have wheat in it And she turned to the cashier and said you checked that it had a G next to it right... "Yeah it's gluten free." Luckily I quit eating it because 10 minutes later they came out and said it's not gluten free!!! I would have given them one star or 0 except for the other food is so good... And they were honest and came out and told me and gave me double my money back on the soup.

I am so sorry that this occurred to you. As a type 1 diabetic I know first hand how carful one needs to be about the food they are being served. As the owner and executive chef I take this error very seriously. What occurred was human error. I purchase a certified Gluten Free, Vegan couscous for use in a couple of recipes (including the Italian Garden soup). My supplier, without alerting me, substituted on my last order for a Vegan only couscous but it did not have the Gluten Free certification. My staff did not catch this change when putting it on the shelf and it went out. We have since had an all staff meeting to ensure we do not endanger anyone in the future. Again please accept my deepest apologies and I hope we get the opportunity to serve you again in the future!

Salad bar and knowledgable staff that was able to tell which soups for the day were gluten free. Gluten free bread available with soup as well.
