I appreciated that the restaurant included the tag "gluten friendly" on specific dishes. Their featured salad was displayed with an ingredient list, and you can observe the employees actually make the salad. I noticed that the pre-mized salad toppings were pre-cut in the kitchen and stored in tupperware. There plenty of naturally GF options in the salad bar, and two GF soups. They even had gluten free muffins! Unfortunately I cannot speak to the level of celiac safety; I felt tired after my meal, but have not had any severe reactions.
