I’m giving it four stars for the lack of options for GF, since there is no dedicated fryer shared flat top and many meals have a component of some sort that contains gluten. BUT the staff was so kind and checked and double checked to see if menu items had gluten. I got the Butternut and Sunchoke Salad without the pecan crumble and it was amazing with no reaction!! Seems like they take real precautions here if you say they have celiac and ask plenty of questions.
