I love the South Beach Grill! Many gf menu items and they have a dedicated fryer! Their staff is some of the friendliest in the OBX. It's my first stop each year! Love the crab stuffed shrimp!

Simply wonderful food.... knowledgeable staff. This is the first time that I have felt 100% comfortable about eating out in 6 years. I'm a super sensitive Celiac and I had zero issue. I wish more restaurants would have the attitude and understanding that is present here. A+++++

Very nice meal with a gluten free menu included right on the standard menu. Sadly they just ran out of the gluten free key lime pie. Worth the stop.

Largest GF menu I've seen. They have GF bread for table, so you're not left out, AND (bonus) it was actually good. Mahi sandwich was fantastic, fries were fresh, overall a delicious meal! Even took home GF key lime pie for dessert since I was too full, but couldn't pass it up.

The food was amazing along with the staff. They have a separate area and fryer for gluten free food. I had a burger on an Udi's bun with fries, and I had no reaction. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with Celiac disease or just a sensitivity! I will definitely go back for the gluten free flourless chocolate cake!

Many gf items clearly marked on menu. Kids menu was decent. Every one was knowledgeable about Celiac disease. Food was ok, but finding a place to eat with our gf kids on vacation is worth it.

This place has a great gluten free menu and a super staff. I've visited many times in the past few years and have always enjoyed my meal. I do have celiacs and have never had any reaction from any meal. Love this place

Very knowledgeble waiter. Everyone very friendly, helpful, answered all our concerns as I also have fish allergy. Food was beyond good. Three deserts to choose from. Difinitely will go back.

Food was great. "Winey Wednesday" was a special surprise - bottles of wine 50% off! Both server and kitchen knew their way around GF. Blackened tuna bites appetizer was delicious. Blackened Mahi sandwich was a treat with applewood smoked bacon and tomato jam. I removed the bread, scraped the jam onto the Mahi and it was outstanding! (Didn't need the extra carbs.) The perfect ending was GF key lime pie! Oh my!

I had the Thai Chicken Wrap and Flourless Chocolate Cake. Both were delicious! This restaurant is extremely celiac friendly with a separate kitchen and utensils for food prep. They have an entire menu page dedicated to their gluten free items. I highly recommend them. You can rest easy and enjoy!

wow! this place is heaven sent! Andy was our server and she was wonderful. They have a great understanding of celiac and everything was done to the T. Not only was the food amazing, we had so much to take home. They even have home made gluten free desserts, wish I had of had room for one.

Amazing experience! They have separate GF utensils, kitchen space, and fryer. 3 desserts to choose from. I had loaded potato skins, a burger and fries, and I've taken home a piece of key lime cheesecake. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Large GF menu.

Excellent service, and the best Celiac choices we have found on the Outer Banks. Very accommodating for me with my Celiac and my girlfriend that has a fish allergy. Hard too find places accommodating for us both and this place is a hit.

Incredible place!! Super nice people and good selection for the gluten free menu. They have a full separate kitchen, so there's no cross contamination! Would recommend to anyone!!!

Amazing gluten free options! Separate kitchen and fryer...so great for people needing gluten free food. I have a severe wheat allergy and they were very knowledgeable about what gluten free is and they provided a great menu for this! I highly recommend this restaurant to all, even those who are not gluten free. All food was excellent!

GFree crab cakes are hard to find - and these are excellent. A really nice GF menu with wings, seafood, and GF bread. Nice full bar and very helpful wait staff. You will wonder why more restaurants can't handle gluten free cooking like this.

Food is excellent! The staff was very careful with my order, even bringing it to the table separately from the non-GF food. Nice variety of choices and the flourless chocolate cake was so delicious! I recommend this restaurant and especially the Caribbean Chicken!!

Have never felt so comfortable eating out. Educated wait staff, separate kitchen for gluten free - no cross contamination and seperate menus. Had the best, most flavorful meal ever. They do gluten-free all the way. I would give them 10 stars !

So happy to find a local restaurant that is Celiac friendly. The kitchen has a dedicated space, separate utensils, and dedicated fryer. They have a whole page of menu choices, appetizers, GF (good!) bread to go with the meal and even have a GF dessert. The food was great! I had the loaded fries and Pad Thai. The hostess and waitress are so welcoming and friendly - we love it here and will be back every time we're in town.

The gluten free menu is absolutely awesome. We were there for dinner, and I ordered the pad thai and caesar salad. Both were excellent. I was also served warm gluten-free bread.

The service was excellent, too. Thanks for a wonderful gluten-free meal!

A whole page of the menu is gluten free. We ate so much and so well! The amount of food was enormous! Great service. Great food. Good pricing. The staff is really friendly too. Gluten free plus good service is a win win and hard to find these days! Definitely a high recommendation!
