Most of the menu is gluten free so long as you DO NOT get the granola. The granola does not directly contain gluten ingredients but the oats cannot be confirmed as certified gluten free - it is probably OK if you are not sensitive to cross contact but if you are, skip the granola. I had a delicious acai bowl here and had no issues.
Manager was rude when asked about the safety of the granola (after three staff members assured me it was gluten free). Same manager said he would check on the safety of their “alternative” granola- after ten minutes in the back he returned but avoided eye contact with me as I was just standing there waiting for an answer on what I could order. Their sanitary and safety practices made me uncomfortable anyway, so I decided to leave without ordering.
They lie, they don't have gluten free options and their staff has no idea what items contain gluten!!!
I wouldn't even give it a one star Avoid this place at all costs!! The girl taking my order is clueless about gluten free. I ordered a breakfast item gluten free and it was done in a whole wheat wrap. When I tried to exchange the girl gave me a hard time and was unable to understand the issue. The light bulb faintly came on for her and she figured out there were no more gluten free rolls left (they had one in stock today). Finally she figured out a refund by canceling our last order and recharging my coffee. I'm pretty sure I was double charged all together. To top it off there were fruit flies in my coffee. I never complain about food places but I'm spreading the word to avoid this place at all costs. You WILL be gluten poisoned eating here!
