Excellent pizza and salad bar! I was so sad that I couldn't eat there after discovering my gluten sensitivity, but then the owner told me about their crust-less pizza! They put all the cheese, toppings and sauce in a pan, cook it, and you eat it in the pan! Totally gluten-free, and I'm sure delicious. I haven't had the chance to try this version yet, but their regular pizza is to die for!
