The owner/chef and servers are knowledgeable as to which entrees have gluten and which entrees are safe. If there was any question they were not afraid to double check. Although it is not a dedicated gluten free facility, I enjoyed the conch ceviche as an app and roasted Cabrio fish with mashed potatoes and veggies with no reaction.
