South Slope Ramen

💔I loved south slope ramen before finding out I have celiacs. I love that they offer gluten-free noodles (which unfortunately aren’t good) but the soup isn’t gluten free.

Had the house specialty ramen with gluten free noodles, it was extremely delicious and I didn’t get sick! I’m not celiac but I’m pretty sensitive, this definitely felt like a roll of the dice and I’m so psyched that it seems safe. Will definitely be back
