Staff at the siegen lane location was attentive patient and helpful and knew exactly what was and was not gluten free. The soy sauce packets that they have out is not gluten free but they will give you gluten free soy sauce from behind the counter if you ask.

We felt safe eating here because the manager knew exactly what was and what was not GF. (The staff wasn’t very patient with our questions and the kids didn’t like the sauces.) But, they do have different flavors of GF Mochi (ice cream balls with rice dough) and those were a big hit!!!

Really impressed with this restaurant. Everything fresh and the staff knew their stuff. Many sauces to choose from and many gluten free selections.
