The owner has Celiac, and I quote: "Everyone here knows how to prepare gluten free because if they made me sick I would fire them!" LOL The menu is extremely extensive, with only 2-3 non-GF items.
Wonderful menu, delicious choices. Make a reservation on Saturday nights.
