This restaurant located in the Hyatt at Gainey Ranch is so accommodating. They have a large variety of gf items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kitchen knows what they're doing. Everything my daughter ate we verified with the Nima tester. She had the guacamole and chips and bacon wrapped shrimp for dinner. She had gf pancakes and a smoothie for breakfast. Highly recommend.
