The owner has made an amazing menu that is inclusive for celiac and vegan persons. I can have a meal with my friends where we can share food and nobody suffers.

They have a gluten free menu and lots of that switch about every 2 weeks. Everything is so fresh and delicious. I had the burrata and chorizo tacos and both were fantastic! Will definitely be back.

Although Sovereign had a gf menu, there was little to no options. They had no gf bread besides their tortillas (corn). As well, their menu is labeled gf, vegan, vegetarian, etc. however, there was little options for individuals with multiple food allergies.
